1.  Brief Introduction

Our Intelligent Asphalt Distributor is used for spraying various kinds of asphalt in pavement construction and maintenance. It can spray modified asphalt, hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt etc.

2.  Main Performance Characteristics

(1)  All operation can be conducted by one operator in the cab by computer.

(2)  The width of spraying is adjustable. Each spraying nozzle can be controlled       independently, and the maximum spraying width can reach 6 meters.

(3)  Asphalt spraying can realize to spray in the form of triple-overlapping.

(4)  Asphalt application rate is independent of truck speed.  (with Patent.)

(5)  Thermal oil preserves heat of asphalt pump and spraying nozzles, which need not to be washed by diesel oil after finishing spraying. It makes use of thermal oil circulation to ensure pipelines and spraying nozzles to be unblocked.

(6)  Control System introduced modular design, which is very convenient to maintain and troubleshooting. Equipped with Standby Control System. It ensures non-stop working when the Main Control System fails.

(7)  Equipped with flexible hand-spraying system, which can facilitate the spraying in the corner area.
