1.  Brief Introduction

Drummed Asphalt Melters are used for taking asphalt out of drums and heating up asphalt, with the functions of dehydration and sediment eliminating.

2.  Main Performance Characteristics

(1)  Saving energy: which make fully use of hot gas 320-450of burner to melt and take asphalt out of drums ( it is about 150 while waste gas was let off to air).The closed-construction saves 50% energy sources compared with the exposed one.

(2)  Functions of automatically eliminating sediment : the equipments are equipped with a device of eliminating sediment, which can realize internal deslagging and outer eliminating sediment. (with patent)

(3)  High reliability: the equipments introduce automatic control system and imported auto-igniter, realize the control through oil temperature, and equipped with corresponding instruments.
