Introduction:This equipment has a mobile structure and is used for melting and taking asphalt
out of cans and heating up asphalt. It makes fully use of hot gas of Burner to melt
asphalt and take asphalt out of cans, and use the heating coils of hot oil and
fire flues to heat up asphalt, which can prevent asphalt from aging during heating.
They also have the functions of dehydration and automatically eliminating
sediment. This equipment not only greatly saves energy sources and manpower, but
also perfectly protect environment.
Main Performance Characteristics:1. Protecting environment: closed-construction and no pollution;2. Saving energy sources: to make use of hot gas of burner to melt asphalt out of
drums, and use fire flue and heat transfer oil to heat up asphalt with highly heat-transferring
efficiency;
3. Taking asphalt out of drums thoroughly: the equipment use hot gas of burner with
temperature above 350°C to directly heat the wall of the cans, and take bitumen
out of drums thoroughly. No waste and No pollution;
4. Better dehydration: it uses bitumen pump with vast displacement to realize inner-cycle.
The overflowing vapor is vented to air by draught fan to realize sub-atmospheric
dehydration;
5. High reliability: the equipment introduces automatically controlling system, imports
auto-igniter, and realizes auto-control according to temperature of oil and
equipped with correspondingly monitoring apparatus;
